Owner/Principal Chris Dutton brings over 30 years of experience in both commercial and residential markets, with a majority of his career spent in the high-end golf club and resort industry. He has also worked on projects that include retail centers, resort condominiums, community development and tenant improvements as well as custom residential, landscape and interior design.
